The articles, prompt write ups and guides on this site are original work created for Hypic Prompts. Copying full articles or republishing our prompt collections elsewhere without permission is an infringement, and we do file takedown requests against sites that scrape our content.
Filing a copyright complaint
If you believe that any content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@hypicprompts.in with the subject line Copyright. To help us act quickly, include the following:
- Your name and contact details
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The exact URL on our site where the material appears
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens next
We review every valid notice, usually within 48 to 72 hours. If the complaint checks out, we remove or replace the material and inform you once it is done. If we need clarification, we will reply to the email address you provided.
Counter notices
If material you posted, such as a comment, was removed following a complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same email address explaining why. Include the URL involved, your contact details and your signature.
Repeat infringement
Users who repeatedly post infringing material in comments will be blocked from commenting on this site.
